Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all online payments made through the official website of Mahe Institute of Dental Sciences and Hospital (Mahe Dental College).

1. General Policy – No Refund

All fees paid to Mahe Dental College through the website are non-refundable. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Admission fees
  • Tuition fees
  • Examination fees
  • Hostel and transportation fees
  • Any other academic or service-related charges

Students and guardians are advised to double-check all information before making payments. Once a payment is confirmed, no refund or cancellation request will be entertained.

2. Refund for Duplicate Payments

Refunds will only be processed in cases where duplicate payments are made for the same fee due to technical issues. In such cases, users must notify the college within 7 working days and submit:

  • Proof of duplicate transactions (e.g., receipts or bank statements)
  • Student name and admission number

Upon verification, the excess amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
